Permission is hereby granted to Artistic Judaic Promotions, Inc., a Colorado company with
principal offices at 4990 South Lafayette Lane, Englewood, CO (hereinafter referred to as
AJP) by __________________________________________, a______________company with principal
offices at__________________________________________ (hereinafter referred to as "Company")
to do the following:
AJP may reproduce and place on the internet
pictures from the Company's catalog, internet site or pictures
sent to AJP.
The Company grants AJP permission to sell
its products on the internet.
The Company agrees to regard customer's
names as confidential information which can be used for no other
purpose than shipping the product on on the purchase order.
Company represents and warrants that 1)
the products or their use do not infringe any patents, copyrights,
trademarks, trade secrets, or any other intellectual property
rights and 2) that there are no suits or proceedings pending,
or threatened which allege any infringement of such proprietary
rights.
Company will notify AJP when products are
no longer available or when there is a price change.
The Company will drop ship to customers
of AJP without any promotional materials. AJP will pay the shipping
costs.
The Company will accept returns within 30
days on anything that is not a custom or personalized item.
