is a SIMPLE and INEXPENSIVE way for you to get a FULLY FUNCTIONING
WEBSITE with a shopping cart and customer service department. We
maintain the images, descriptions and updates. All you have to do
is email us the information we do not already have in our database.

we understand your needs.
Here's how it works:
Step 1:
PRODUCTS
First, you must be selected by Ajp.com to be an artist whose items
are listed on the Ajp.com website. This is a juried process. If
you would like to apply to be on our site, please visit our link
for New Artists. Once listed on Ajp.com,
we already have your items, descriptions and biography in our database.
Email us any additional items and descriptions you want added to
your new website. This is your portfolio, so show us what you can
do!
Step 2: DOMAIN
NAME
Select a unique domain name for your site. We will register it for
you if you do not have one already. If you do own a domain name
it will need to be hosted by Network Solutions. We can help you
make this switch if you are registered with another service.
Step 3: LOGO
Send us your logo or label design which will appear on your site.
We can accept this in either email formats or a mailed version.
A faxed logo may not look that good once scanned. We can also create
the logo for you.
Step 4: WEBSITE
PAGES
Your site will include the following pages. Choose from the optional
pages (if any).
Click the link to see the layout of a sample
artist page.
Artist portfolio (shows all your items)
Detail page on each item (click on the title and it brings up
a description, pricing and sizes)
Online ordering through a secure server
Shopping cart checkout and confirmation pages

Step 5: PROMOTE,
PROMOTE, PROMOTE
Get the word out! Take advantage of our marketing solutions, or
promote your website through your own resources. Just publicize
your website address so your customers can find you.
Step 6: PRODUCT
UPDATES
Email us your product updates. Please try to limit updates to no
more than four times a year.
Terms of Use
The personal artist website is intended to
showcase your portfolio and to process retail orders. It is not
designed to be a wholesale site. It can, however, function as your
online catalog to which you can refer your stores. Phone calls and
email inquiries from website traffic will be routed through Ajp.com.
Wholesale inquiries will be forwarded on to you for processing unless
Ajp.com and the artist agree upon a different arrangement. Retail
orders will be processed by Ajp.com using our pre-arranged retail
terms established in the Artist Agreement.
The retail orders will then be emailed or faxed to you for shipping.
